Michael Lee Weaver Jr., 36, of Oxford, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2026, as the result of a tragic accident.
Michael was born on Januray 11, 1990, in Lafayette, Indiana, to Michael and Lisa Weaver.
Michael appreciated life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, and has a special passion for cars- Dodge especially. One of his favorite things to do was just sit on the front porch listening to music. He loved Hand Williams Jr.
For 17 years, Michael shared his life with his wife, Tania. While life had taken them down separate paths, the years they spent together created a bond and a lifetime of memories that could never be erased. One of the greatest acts of love in Michael's life was adopting Tania's son, Jaden, and raising him as his own. He really loved his "little buddy". The love he had for his family remained evident throughout his life.
Michael will be remembered for his kind heart, quiet strength, and loyalty, and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. Though his life was far too short, the impact he made on the people he loved will last forever.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, Michael Lee Weaver Sr. He is survived by his wife, Tania; son, Jaden; sisters, Tiffany and Stacy; brother, Kyle; nieces, Khalliah, Aris, Kharlin, and Aaliyah; nephews, Conner, Malaki, Kyson, Watson, and Cohen; and all those whose lives have been touched by his presence.
Michael's absence leaves an immeasurable void, but his memory will continue to live on in every story shared, every song that brings him to mind, and every cherished moment remembered by those who loved him.
A memorial service will be held at Forever Grace Church in West Lafayette, on Saturday, June 27th, at 2 PM.
