Jeff "Bones" Warren was born on October 15, 1959, and will be remembered for his kind heart, easy warmth, and the steady presence he brought to the lives of those who knew him. Everyone, even his close family, knew him as Bones.
Jeff spent part of his working life with the railroad before going on to work for Monticello Spring Corporation, where he continued to show the same reliability and quiet dedication that defined him in all areas of life. Jeff received many accolades while at the factory and was a diligent worker until he had to resign due to his health.
Music was one of Jeff’s greatest joys. An excellent drummer, he played in several bands around Monticello during his young adulthood, sharing his talent and love of rhythm with the local music scene. His passion for drumming never faded, and some of his most meaningful moments came from playing drums for his family; moments filled with laughter, connection, and joy that will be deeply cherished.
Above all else, Jeff will be remembered for his warm personality and the genuine love he gave so freely to those in his circle. He had a way of making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. He always left a lasting impression through simple kindness and heartfelt connection.
Jeff’s memory lives on in the music he shared, the love he gave, and the many lives he touched along the way. Everyone who met Jeff, up until his end, complimented Jeff's sweet nature and kind disposition. That is how Jeff will always be remembered.
