Jeffrey R Strawn

Jeffrey R Strawn, 43, of Lafayette passed away at home Wednesday, February 21 2024.. He was born in Jeffersonville, IN March 3, 1980 to Thomas B. Strawn, MD of Peoria, AZ and Barbara A. Henk of Lafayette.   He graduated from Jeffersonville High School in 1998 then received an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Vincennes Univ.  He worked as a counselor at Valle Vista Hospital and Lutherwood in Indianapolis.  He also worked at IDTC in Lafayette for mentally challenged children and at Arnis. He is survived by sisters, Amy Strawn and Stacy Strawn of AZ and brother, Matt Strawn of Colorado as well as 6 nephews and 3 nieces.  Jeff's love of music and playing the guitar were his passions.  He was very well versed in many aspects of literature and music culture.  There will be no services at this time.
