Gary Crider II, age 60, of Lafayette, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026. He was born on July 3, 1965, in Lafayette, Indiana, the son of Carol Hicks and the late Gary Crider. Gary was a graduate of McCutcheon High School, Class of 1983.
Gary is survived by his mother, Carol Hicks of Lafayette, Indiana; his sister, Tammy (Martin) Townsend of Lafayette, Indiana; his sons, Gary Crider III of Delphi, Indiana, and Clayton Crider of Avondale, Arizona; his daughter, Brandi Crider of Lafayette, Indiana; and several grandchildren. Gary will also be missed by his close friend and co-worker, Jaimie Rayburn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Crider; his grandparents, Eva and Claude Crider; and his uncle, Dennis Crider.
