Eugenia "Jeanne" L. Jarrard

Eugenia L. “Jeanne” Jarrard, 87, of Rossville, Indiana, passed away on Friday November 7th, 2025 at IU Hospital in Lafayette.

Jeanne was born October 14, 1938 in Lafayette to the late William and Thelma Criswell, She married Donald L. Jarrard on March 21, 1960.

She worked for the Post Office for over 20 years before she and Don retired to Lakeland, FL, where they enjoyed golfing at Schalamar golf club. Jeanne also enjoyed playing cards, collecting antiques, and gardening. Later in life, she moved back to the family farm and raised alpacas.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Julie Jarrard, of Rossville; son, Jeff (DyAnna) Jarrard, of Logansport; step-son David Jarrard, of Lafayette; her 13 grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.

In death, Jeanne joins her parents; husband; sisters, Sherry Long, and Vicki Misenheimer; daughters, Jody Linback, and Jackie Jarraed; step-children, Brenda Rose, and Donald Jarrard Jr.; granddaughters, Madison Jarraed, and Jana Talbert; and great-gransdson Dylan Mullis.A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
