Avonne Smith

Avonne Smith went to be with God on October 4th 2026 from a battle with an aggressive form of cancer. Avonne was born on January 2nd 1961 to the late Olas and Carol Stoops of Rossville, Indiana. Avonne was a stay at home mom for many years to her children; Shawna Hoffman , Nicole Hoffman( Clint Moore), Steven Krug, and Travis (Ashley Krug). 

In her later years she become very devoted in life to her faith in God. She is survived by her children and grandchildren; Zavier Moore, Lillian Youngblood, Clinton Moore Jr, Alexander Youngblood, and Katherine Youngblood; her Siblings, Ava Stoops and Andrew Stoops. She is predeceased by her parents and her half brother Butch Stoops ( Vela). 

In lieu of a service which Avonne did not want,  please plant a tree and light a candle in her memory.
